Quarantine Cookies
2 cups chopped toasted nuts- almonds, pecans, pistachios- anything you have on hand
5 cups wide flake coconut, unsweetened
1 cups chopped dry fruit- raisins, apricots, mango, cherries, etc
1 cups chopped semi-sweet chocolate
1/2 a 14 oz. can sweetened condensed milk- 7oz.
Mix everything together in a bowl. Line a cookie sheet with parchment paper and place ~2 Tbsps in a haystack-like mound for each cookie. Bake 12 minutes at 325 degrees until edges start to color. Alternatively, make round logs, cover with plastic wrap and chill thoroughly then slice in slices.
